Bio Foods (Pvt) Ltd., established in 1993, is a pioneer in the organic and fair-trade industry in Sri Lanka. As a proud member of the Fair-trade Labeling Organization (FLO) and the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM), we specialize in processing and exporting organic and fair-trade tea, spices, coconut products, and perishable items like curry leaves and lemon grass from our state-of-the-art facilities.
Position: Executive – HR
Location: Makandura, Pannala
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary HR representative at our Makandura factory, ensuring timely updates to the Head Office.
– Efficiently address and manage employee grievances.
– Participate in the recruitment process to fill non-executive factory positions.
– Provide accurate worker details for payroll processing.
– Collaborate with the Head Office to conduct training programs.
– Maintain comprehensive HR documentation.
– Oversee daily HR & Administration operations at the factory.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
– Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
– Experience in a factory environment is advantageous.
– Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proximity to Makandura, Pannala is preferred.
