In this role, you are responsible for:
o Recruitment and Onboarding process
o Engage in the Insurance Claim submission process and up-to-date monitoring of Insurance Claim reimbursement status.
o Analyzing the Training Requirements, developing training schedules, and organizing Training activities to increase Employee Performance to the expected Performance level.
o On-time evaluation of Employee performance for the annual rewards.
Qualifications and experience
o Following or Holding a bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related Degree or Professional Qualifications
o 01-year Experience in a Similar field
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
o Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
o Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities
