Responsibilities
Lead and Guide HR Functions: As the Business Partner for the assigned sector or division within the Group, oversee daily HR operations.
Optimize HR Processes: Initiate and implement HR process improvements and solutions to enhance the efficiency and output of the sector/division and the Human Resources Division.
Deliver HR Services: Provide HR services to meet the needs of internal customers. Coordinate and manage the training calendar to support employees’ training needs.
Handle Disciplinary Matters and Grievances: Address disciplinary issues and employee grievances impartially and confidentially.
Manage Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent within agreed service levels.
Administer Performance Management: Ensure effective management of the Employee Performance Management Process, including the timely execution of annual increments and promotions.
Support Strategic HR Initiatives: Assist the Group Human Resources Vice President in implementing strategic and HR development initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management from an accredited institution. A master’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
At least 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years overseeing HR operations and supervising staff.
In-depth knowledge of labor regulations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence change.
Proficiency in MS Office is essential
