About This Role:

As a HR Manager, your key objectives will be to:
• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives. Drive initiatives that support business growth, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Lead change management initiatives by collaborating with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive organizational change effectively.
• Develop and implement talent management programs to identify, develop, and retain talent. Create succession plans to ensure continuity and leadership development within the organization.
• Utilize HR analytics and metrics to gather insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and performance. Use data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess organizational needs and design interventions to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
• Develop and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement. Partner with department heads to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and senior management, to align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive organizational success.
• Stay informed about emerging HR trends, best practices, and legislative changes. Share insights and thought leadership within the organization to drive innovation and continuous improvement in HR practices.

We are Looking for Individuals who have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on strategic HR management, talent management, and organizational development.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Experience in designing and implementing initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Prior experience working in IT companies or a strong understanding of the IT industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of IT-specific HR challenges and best practices is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and department heads.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics to gather insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and performance. Experience using data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
