Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Junior Executive located in Colombo 02. The HR Junior Executive will assist in various human resource functions such as recruitment, employee onboarding, personnel file management, HR documentation, and HR policy compliance. The HR Junior Executive will also support the HR team in implementing employee engagement initiatives, conducting HR-related training sessions, and maintaining HR records and databases.
Qualifications
• HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of human resources best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
