Job Title: Hotel Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Grand Rovinka Hotel . As a Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems within the hotel, including air conditioners, water taps, electrical items, and general electrical maintenance.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning units throughout the hotel premises
– Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning water taps and plumbing fixtures
– Perform general electrical maintenance tasks, including lighting, power outlets, and electrical appliances
– Respond promptly to any maintenance requests and resolve any issues efficiently
– Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
– Coordinate with other departments to maintain a smooth operation and guest satisfaction
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
Requirements:
– Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a hotel or similar industry
– Strong technical know-how and proficiency in diagnosing and resolving issues with air conditioners, water taps, and electrical systems
– Attention to detail and ability to work independently
– Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
