Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and process gold loan applications.
• Assess the value and purity of gold items offered as collateral.
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and customer details.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and financial regulations.
• Monitor loan repayments and follow up with customers as needed.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the finance industry, preferably in gold loans or related areas.
• Strong understanding of gold valuation and loan processing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
