Position: General Manager

Location: Ella

Responsibilities
• Drive the strategic vision & leadership for all hotel operations, ensuring ongoing success & financial growth.
• Formulate, Implement & manage detailed business plan & budgets to optimize revenue & control costs
• Lead the creation & implementation of cutting edge sales & marketing strategies to attract & upscale client tele
• Cultivate a culture of exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout the team.
• Oversee all hotel operations including house keeping, food & beverage, front office & maintenance, ensuring seamless operations.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team, fostering a positive & productive work environment.
• handle all aspects of guest relations, personally addressing concerns & ensuring complete guest satisfaction
• Build & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, vendors & community partners.
• keep well informed of industry trends & best practices, implementing innovative strategies to continue enhancing the guest experience.

Qualifications
• 10+ years of hospitality HOD-level experience with a focus on luxury hotels
• International hospitality experience is preferred
• Strong attention to details & passion for creating a luxurious & sophisticated environment
• A proven track record of success in exceeding financial targets & guest satisfaction metrics
