We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in OPERA Property Management System.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front office, including reception, guest services.
• Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
• Train, motivate, and manage front office team members to achieve service excellence.
• Monitor room availability, rates, and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Utilize and manage the OPERA PMS system efficiently for reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a superior guest journey.
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong expertise in OPERA Property Management System (mandatory).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• A guest-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
