The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and ensuring the company’s financial health and stability. This position involves strategic planning, managing financial risks, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, develop financial forecasts, and monitor performance against budgets.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, oversee the treasury function, and ensure the company’s liquidity needs are met.
• Financial Analysis: Provide insightful analysis and strategic recommendations based on financial data to support business decisions.
• Cost Control Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Risk Management: Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to align financial strategies with organizational goals
