We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Factory Finance Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a main coordinator between the head office and the factory and serve as an independent department.

Job Responsibilities
• Coordination between the head office and the factory: Ensure effective communication and collaboration between both locations.
• Independent department: Act as an independent department, responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the factory.
• Process implementation: Follow all processes assigned from the head office and implement them within the factory.
• Financial reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to the head office and other stakeholders.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring the factory stays on track financially.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Candidate Requirements
• Part qualification in CIMA or ACCA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting from a reputed University.
• Excellent Proficiency with MS Office Packages
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in the field of Finance / Accounting.
• Ability to work on ERP Systems.
• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and work under minimal supervision.
• Go-getter with the ability to complete challenges entrusted with integrity, under tight deadlines.
• Should have good analytical skills, statistical skills, problem-solving skills and time management skills.
