Finance Executive

We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join our team as a Finance Executive.

Responsibilities

· Maintain general ledger and reconciliation

· Assisting the timely closure of the monthly accounts to achieve month end reporting deadlines

· Responsible for overlooking the payments, cash and overall working capital management

· Handling documentation related tax matters

· Preparation and coordination of annual budget

· Preparation of financial evaluation analysis, profit forecast and variance analysis.

· Preparation, documentation of business process to strengthen internal controls and process automation.

· Preparation of client agreements

· Other ad- hoc admin work

Requirements

· Degree in Accounting

· Minimum 2 years of experience

· Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel

· Hands on experience in Quick Books will be an added advantage

· Experience in IT sector will be a distinct advantage

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
