Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, accurate payroll reporting, bonus.
• Ensure Compensation & Benefits processes are delivered in compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations.
• Maintain HRIS and work with users, IT, and vendors to ensure an optimized HRIS that supports efficient HR operations.
• Responsible for annual renewal of group insurance schemes -overseeing data submission & communication.
• Administer performance management system & benefit schemes.
• Maintain and ensure that relevant HR files, employee records and systems are updated & up to date.
• Manage on-boarding process and provide employee services throughout the employee life cycle in relation to employee letter issuing & regulatory services.
• Work effectively with sensitive and confidential information.
• Assist for preparation of salary and allowances budget & submit compensation and benefits related reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Person Specifications
• Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
• Possess at least 2-3 years experience in the similar capacity
• Possess good analytical, communication and writing skills
• Previous experience in HRIS system, & SAP
• Possess details oriented with focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Have the ability to manage the multiple priorities, work independently under pressure and tight timelines.
