Job Responsibilities
• Involve operational-level strategic aspects of blue-collar position recruitments, focusing on non-supervisory roles.
• Provide insights to develop and execute recruitment strategies at operational level.
• Oversee company accommodations to ensure quality and maintenance.
• Handle negotiations and renewals of accommodation agreements.
• Assist in organizing HR events and executing the company events calendar.
• Ensure adherence to grooming standards through the implementation of strategies and conducting timely audits.
Person Specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on blue-collar positions.
• Strong understanding of operational-level recruitment strategies.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate and execute HR events effectively.
• Knowledge of accommodation management-related compliance is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with grooming standards and their enforcement in a corporate setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
