As we continue to expand our brands, we seek a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as an E-Commerce and IT Support Specialist.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to work with our IT and Marketing Department to manage our online store, oversee POS system, handle inventory management, fulfill online orders, and provide basic IT support. The ideal candidate should have basic graphic designing skills, be proficient in photo editing, and have experience in social media management. Proficiency in Wix and Shopify is advantageous, and a competent level of English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage and update product listings on the website.

– Ensure the online store is running smoothly and efficiently.

– Upload new products with accurate descriptions and images.

– Process and fulfill online orders in a timely manner.

– Oversee POS system across all retail locations.

– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the POS system.

– Maintain accurate inventory records.

– Coordinate stock levels between the online store and physical shops.

– Provide basic IT support within the company.

– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

– Ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems.

– Create and edit graphics for the website and social media.

– Edit photos using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

– Manage social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries.

– Create engaging content to promote products and increase brand awareness.

– Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.

– Provide exceptional customer service across all platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

⁃ Diploma or Higher qualification in IT

⁃ Basic graphic design skills.

⁃ Proficiency in using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

⁃ Experience with Wix and Shopify is an advantage.

⁃ Competent in Microsoft Excel.

⁃ Strong attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.

⁃ Excellent English communication skills.

⁃ Experience in social media management.

⁃ Ability to provide basic IT support.

⁃ Preferably an energetic person with a proactive attitude.
