Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for a passionate individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Strategist This role offers a unique opportunity to brainstorm ideas and create trending content for various brands in platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Etc.
• Position: Digital Marketing Strategist
• Type: Full Time/On Site
• Location: Battarmulla, Sri Lanka
Key Responsibilities:
• Creating monthly content proposals, campaigns and strategies.
• Generating quarterly KPI reports.
• Managing social media platforms for brands.
• Generating monthly analysis reports.
• Coordinating with clients, influencers, and organizing shoots.
• Participating in shoots and capturing BTS (behind-the-scenes) photos and videos.
• Creating engaging social media content for our brand.
• Coordinating with designers to fulfill client requests.
Requirements:
• Having a degree or diploma related to the digital marketing field.
• Enthusiasm for creating TikTok, Reels and other content.
• Proficiency in English (proficiency in Tamil is a plus)
• Up-to-date with social media trends and technologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
