Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial position within digital marketing. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving digital marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence and increase customer engagement across the UK, US, Philippines, and Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the UK, US, Philippines, and Sri Lanka.
• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Oversee digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, and paid media advertising.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimize engaging content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and tone.
• Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms in multiple markets.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximizing ROI.
• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing with at least 2 years of it being in a managerial position.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in digital marketing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in managing digital marketing efforts across different regions (UK, US, Philippines, and Sri Lanka) is a plus.
