As, Business HR, you will play a pivotal role in leading the HR function for designated business units. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnership:

– Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and align HR strategies accordingly.

– Act as a strategic advisor, providing HR insights to support decision-making and enhance business performance.

Employee Relations and Leadership Development:

– Manage employee relations, address conflicts, and provide guidance on employee-related matters.

– Support leadership development initiatives, identifying and nurturing talent within the organization.

Performance Management and Organizational Development:

– Drive performance management processes, ensuring goal alignment and effective evaluations.

– Implement organizational development initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.

HR Policy and Compliance:

– Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

– Provide guidance to business units on compliance matters and ethical employment practices.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

– Analyze HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

– Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on HR-related matters within business units.

Team Leadership and Development:

– Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

– Provide mentorship and guidance to HR professionals within the team.


– Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and leadership.


– Strong leadership and people management skills.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Strategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.

– Analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
