YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Prepare and manage effective budgets for the operation, marketing, branding & business development of the laboratory. Responsible for the monitoring of overall sales and be accountable for the revenue of the laboratory.
• Achieve the set lab target.
• Developing and maintaining a good level of public relations with the key opinion leaders. Forecasts future sales in assigned customer categories.
• Board reporting on the overall performance of the laboratory.
• Analyze competitors activities and formulate tactical contingency plans. Formulate tactical strategies to increase the customer base in the region. Work closely with corporate customers to bringing new business.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Degree or Diploma in Science, Marketing & Medical Laboratory field or equivalent qualification . 1 year with Degree or 2 years industry experience preferably.
• Minimum 3 years from a laboratory business & marketing management.
• Effective verbal and written communication and relationship building skills to influence change. Advanced skills in MS Office is a must.
