Functions / Responsibilities
• Responsible for designing and implementing improved processes and operational policies.
• Total involvement with training, communication and development of all Customer Service personnel.
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
• Apply best practices to areas of improvement, control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or with equivalent combination of sound educational background and related industry experience.
• 2+ years of management experience in similar field (Call center, Customer Care) knowledge of performance evaluation and Customer Care metrics.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills & ability to work under pressurized environments.
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools & Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications.
