Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive at Viana Cosmetics located in Colombo District. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, and driving sales by assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications
• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing would be an additional advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
