We are looking for multiple Creative Designers to be responsible for designing and creating graphical/ video content for LB Finance internal and external requirements. You should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing and creative competencies.
Ultimately, these top-notch Creative Designers should be computer literate, highly organized, and able to work with little direction.
Responsibilities:
• Producing content to be used online and offline.
• Liaising with internal departments and delivering designing elements on time.
• Creating static posts, video content, creative TikTok videos to attract customers.
• Measuring Key Performance Indicators.
Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma in Graphic Designing/ Digital Media/ Marketing or Computer Sciences.
• Ability to handle Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign.
• Good communication skills.
• Creativity and Graphic Designing skills.
• Proficiency in Marketing disciplines.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Be able to produce original ideas.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Language fluency in Sinhala and English; Tamil fluency is an added advantage
• Content writing skills are advantageous.
