POSITION : Chief Financial Officer

OVERVIEW:
Our client is a leading Software Development company seeking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their executive team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, with a strong focus on consolidation of financial statements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Consolidation and Financial Reporting:
• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple subsidiaries and entities.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Prepare and present consolidated financial reports to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
2.Financial Leadership and Strategy:
• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support overall business objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team.
• Lead long-term financial planning and risk management initiatives.
3.Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis.
• Implement corrective actions to address financial variances and improve performance.
4.Internal Controls and Compliance:
• Ensure robust internal controls are in place to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
PRE – REQUISITES:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 – 15 years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in financial consolidation for multi-entity organizations
