Chief Engineer
• Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering systems within The Golden Crown Hotel.
• Responsibilities:
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and building infrastructure.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to carry out preventive maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Implement energy management strategies to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.
• Develop and manage the hotel’s capital expenditure budget for engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and emergency situations.
• Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a star-class hotel
• Strong knowledge of hotel engineering operations and energy management systems
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team management abilities
