Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Telemarketer at Arceus PVT LTD in Colombo. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, providing information about products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and customer service.

Qualifications
• Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Appointment Scheduling
• Sales skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous telemarketing experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
