We are currently seeking two highly motivated Business Development Officers to join our team in Colombo District and Gampaha District. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for expanding our market reach and developing strategic partnerships to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify potential business opportunities within Colombo and Gampaha districts and develop effective strategies to expand our market share
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients,
– Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
– Provide exceptional customer service and support to all clients
Requirements,
– At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in finance telecommunications or remittance services
– Highly driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong business acumen and decision-making abilities
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment
– Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape in the Colombo and Gampaha districts
– Fluency in both English and Sinhala, Tamil is a plus
