• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on business opportunities, industry trends and competitors and plan strategic actions.
• Maintain the direction of sales and marketing activities towards fulfilling the company’s long-term and short-term targets.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events within the country and overseas if needed.
• Product demonstrations and post-sales coordination with clients concerning the providence of promised deliverables.
• Achieve or better-budgeted sales targets.
• Relationship building with new and existing Industry consultants.
• Managing channel partners/ business partners in assigned Regions.
• Analysing customer requirements and mapping them with existing products for possible sale.
• Co-ordination with the Support Department for pre-sales-technical support & feasibility/ site study
• Think critically when planning to ensure project success.

• 2 – 5 years of management experience promoting IT solutions and travel/ hospitality companies is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Persistently demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the company, the work, the vision and the people.
• Should be able to travel within the region as well as overseas.
• Focused and goal-oriented
