Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at AcSys Networks located in Colombo. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies. They will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and presenting sales proposals to clients.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers
• Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities
• Knowledge of IT solutions and industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
