Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated business development intern, to help us drive our sales and develop our business. You will continue to uphold current relationships while bringing in new clients and developing strong ties with them. Along with managing several projects, you will also be responsible for conducting market research, creating business strategies and pitches, and finding new company prospects. You will closely work with the business development team under the direction of the supervisors.

The chosen candidate will be resourceful, well-organized, and driven to boost sales, build the company’s brand, and find fresh, innovative ways to promote our products and services. A background in sales or marketing is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities
• Willing to familiarize yourself with the company’s vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
• Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
• Managing a client’s portfolio.
• Managing sales process.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners.
• Follow-up of sales.
• Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

Experience and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Friendly and personable demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
• Knowledge of modern technologies will be an added advantage
