The Role:

In this Role you are involve in business development activities and identifying prospective customers and forging customer relationships. One of the key requirements is to build trust and help prospective customers become a certified Great Place to Work® (GPTW). The goal of this position is to help increase the number organizations committing to the journey of becoming a Great Workplace and certifying their workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities and Job Activities:

· Continuous client interactions with responsibility of GPTW survey creation, administration, and closure of deliverables.

· Handle day to day request/ issues raised by the client and resolve queries on quick turnaround time by obtaining advice from the senior team members.

· Close business with new customers.

· Renew existing business with current customers.

· Build both new relationships and grow existing relationships with HR and C-level executives to help secure new and/or renewal business.

· Contribute to the growth of the team and business unit.

· Work collaboratively across sales, accounting, marketing, product and customer success.

Qualification and Skills Requirements:

· Ability to work in teams.

· Communication Skills.

· A growth mindset and keen and self-motivated to continuously improve.

· 1 year in Sales and Marketing, ideally with 1 year in SaaS Experience.

· Excellent relationship building skills with team members and with clients.

· Ability to comfortably interact and build relationships with C-level Executives and Directors.

· Proficient in MS Office plus a desire and willingness to learn new applications.
