Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you’ll be the engine of our expansion, responsible for:
• Prospecting and qualifying leads: Leverage your market knowledge and research skills to identify high-potential clients aligned with our offerings.
• Building strong relationships: Connect with key decision-makers, understand their challenges, and showcase how Flexiata’s solutions solve them.
• Crafting compelling proposals: Developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our client base and market reach.
• Negotiating and closing deals: Navigate negotiations confidently and close deals that exceed targets and contribute to company growth.
• Staying ahead of the curve: Continuously track industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT solutions industry.
• A seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding targets in the IT solutions space.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with potential clients.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a drive to succeed.
