RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
1) Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various solar energy sectors.
2) Conduct market research on trends, customer needs, and competitors.
3) Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
4) Develop and present customized proposals for prospective clients.
Sales
1) Drive the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
2) Manage the sales pipeline, including follow-ups, negotiation, and post-sales support.
3) Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy systems.
4) Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals. Collaborate with the technical team to offer tailored solutions.
Reporting & Analysis
1) Provide regular sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback reports.
2) Track and analyze KPIs to enhance sales and marketing activities.
3) Adjust strategies based on feedback and industry trends.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• A degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the renewable energy or solar energy sector.(2-4 years)
• Strong understanding of solar energy systems and industry-specific trends.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for promoting sustainable energy solutions.
