Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing grievances.
• Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Maintain HR records, including payroll, leave, and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
• Provide strategic input on workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar HR role (minimum 2years of experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
