We are looking to hire a “Beauty Advisor” for one of our clients.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role, preferably in the fragrance, skincare, or cosmetics industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Passion for beauty products and a strong desire to learn and grow in the beauty industry.
• Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and engage them in conversations to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized beauty consultations and recommendations to customers, including skincare routines, makeup application techniques, and fragrance selections.
• Develop a deep understanding of our beauty products, including ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions.
• Demonstrate products to customers, explaining their features, benefits, and how to use them effectively.
• Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and desires, upselling and cross-selling as appropriate.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that products are properly displayed and merchandised on shelves and counters to attract customers’ attention.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and replenishing products as needed.
• Participate in promotional events, product launches, and beauty workshops to promote brand awareness and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives effectively.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, industry developments, and product knowledge through training sessions and self-directed learning.
• Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
