Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Assistant Accountant with a focus on manufacturing to join our finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our financial operations and contribute to our company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial statements and reports.
• Support cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
