Job Role:
• Assist users with inquiries and requests related to sales and operations systems, including new distributor creation, customer assignments, stock uploads, and more.
• Utilize system tools to process user requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate complex problems to senior support personnel, providing detailed information for effective resolution.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of user interactions and actions taken, ensuring documentation is up to date-and easily accessible.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to internal users, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.
• Assist in the management of system data, including updating records, creating new entries, and ensuring data consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement best practices for system operations.
• Manage daily milk collection records, update farmer records, and handle product information.
• Perform rate calculations, create new products, and assign SKUs.
• Generate QR codes, add new vehicles, and manage asset data.
• Any other tasks/projects as requested by the Management.

Candidate Requirements:
• Passionate about Sri Lanka; you’re committed to making a positive impact for our Country and its people.
• Higher national diploma in Information Technology/ related subject or an undergraduate in related area.
• Successfully completed GCE OLs & ALs. ( School leavers can apply )
• Good IT literacy skills in MS Office packages.
• Good communication skills ( English & Sinhala )
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Should be able to work in person from our office located in Kelaniya from Monday to Friday – Full Time.
