Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Leasing at UB Finance PLC located in Colombo. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for lease administration, property management market research, resident retention, and maintaining strong leasing strategies. They will also be involved in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, handling lease agreements, conducting market analysis, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Lease administration, property management, and market research skills
• Experience in resident retention and maintaining strong leasing strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing software
