The Job
• for financial modelling of the Annual BP Cycle, providing timely and accurate insight to management on the financial performance, KPIs etc.
• both the financial and non-financial KPIs against Actual, Plan and Forecast, highlighting key areas of concern requiring attention of the Senior Management team.
• and interpret operating results to help functional heads and business unit heads in decision making/corrective action through appropriate and timely lead, and flag reporting.
• for preparation of BU related performance reports as needed by management with in-depth analysis on key performance parameters with the objective of providing insights to top management on key inefficiencies and corrective course of action.
• Liaising with relevant BU Heads and Group Corporate Planning to drive the performance improvement plans.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & on demand reports in order track the performance in an effective manner with timely and accurate submission.
• Responsible for the evaluation of the key strategic initiatives considering their future impact on company direction and overall strategic / business objectives.
• Responsible for providing information to queries raised by Axiata / Internal divisions and develop effective business partnering.
• Responsible for benchmarking the performance of the company with competitors as well as Peers in Asian Region as well as Globally.
• Highlight key competitor insights and assist management in taking appropriate actions.
• for timely and accurate completion of adhoc projects / assignments assigned by the supervisors/GCFO.
• for Carrying out all/any line responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Head of Corporate Finance/Direct Supervisor in order to ensure the achievement of the targets and goals assigned by the management.
• Supporting peer divisions under Group Corporate Finance (Treasury / Management Accounts & Performance Management/ Investor Relations / Capital Budgeting) as well as other stakeholders within the company/group in various BAU/Strategic initiatives

The Person
• be professionally qualified and accredited to at least one internationally recognised accounting body / a recognized university special degree in finance stream major.
• 4 years including minimum two years experience in the telecommunication industry (preferred) in a finance role, preferably in Corporate Finance
• Skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership Skills and People Management Skills etc
