We are looking for a suitable candidate as an Assistant Manager Finance which is located in Mabima
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute financial strategies to drive the company’s growth and financial success.
• Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to support informed decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. (If we intend to strengthen lets add or could leave for the time being)
• Manage corporate funding strategies and relationships with funding institutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a professional qualification from reputed institute.
• A minimum of 5 – 7 years’ work experience in finance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
