We are on the lookout for an Assistant Manager – Finance with prior experience specifically in preparing financial statements.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of our financial reporting and leading our accounting team to achieve optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, reports on demand, and forecasts with accuracy and precision.
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government regulations pertaining to financial reporting and taxation.
• Cost Reduction: Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to enhance financial efficiency and profitability.
• Financial Management: Assist in day-to-day cash flow management, financial controlling and other financial activities as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on preparing financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and government regulations.
• Proven experience in team leadership and management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
