• Self learning and collaboration with the Supervisor to understand the current Business and Conduct thorough research to identify new market trends emerging opportunities and potential clients.
• Analyze competitors activities market dynamics and customer needs to identify gaps and recommend strategic initiatives.
• Identify and generate leads through various channels including online research personal network seminars referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and regular followups.
• Collaborate with the team to create compelling business proposals and presentations that highlight the companys value proposition.
• Deliver on given target.

Requirements
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development sales or related roles.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
