Responsibilities:
• Lead the charge in identifying, prospecting, and engaging with potential clients across target markets, leveraging your network and market insights to drive business opportunities.
• Develop and implement robust business development strategies, in collaboration with senior management, to penetrate new markets and expand our global footprint.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to tailor solutions and deliver value that meets the unique needs of international clients.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, performance metrics, and key milestones, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:
• 3 – 4 years of proven track record of success in business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, or a related field; and professional certifications in a related field.
• Fluency in English is a must, with the ability to effectively communicate
• Exceptional cold calling and networking skills, with the ability to proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels.
