Assistant Manager – Accounting and Finance.
Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (Sri Lankan Calendar)
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in:
• Leading and optimizing the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring efficient and timely processing of invoices.
• Championing process improvement initiatives, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively managing client expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
• Motivating and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
To be successful, you will possess:
• 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a sound understanding of the AP function.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and building rapport with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• A full professional qualification in accounting (CA, ACCA, CIMA).
