Job Title: Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting.

Location: Orion City, Colombo

Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (Sri Lankan Calendar)

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations ( Record to Report), including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.
• Review and analyze key financial metrics and prepare insightful management reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide support to the team on SAP ERP-related queries and issues.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of accounting professionals.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with a strong emphasis on bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.
• Proven experience working with SAP ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, CPA) preferred.
