We have an international company based in the UK, seeking an entry-level candidate to assist in handling candidate CV responses and general administrative duties.

Job Description:
• Handling CV responses and screening applications for various positions
• Reviewing and assessing applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry
• Maintaining a professional and organized standard of work
• Adhering to company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.

Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills

Working Hours:
• 07h30 – 16h00 (UK hours)

• LKR 50000 LKR – 55000 per month depending on experience.
• 40 days of paid leave per year
• Fully remote working

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position, and you will work from the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer, and a reliable internet connection. This is a full-time position, and you will be required to work UK hours. You will communicate regularly with your team and clients through emails and online platforms
