Job Profile
Draft official letters, internal memos and take dictations from the
respective HOD.
Prepare quotations, Agreements and standing orders.
Coordinate with Senior Managers and utilize the requirement
with the approval of Managing Director.
Check the situation of each branch with Branch coordinators
twice a month and submit the report to Secretary for further
advice.
Schedule meetings with the Secretary and coordinate with the
relevant person/persons including logistical arrangements
minute proceedings of the meetings as required.
Handle all documents, calls and administrative matters and
maintain accurate record of papers and electronic
correspondence
Candidate Profile
Passed G.C.E. A/L
Age below 35
Professional Qualification in Administration / Secretarial
Practices from a recognized Institute
Should be able to handle administrative and secretarial work
Excellent skills in commutation and multitasking
Should possess a pleasant personality
Should have IT literacy and a good command of both written and
spoken English
Minimum 1 or more years’ experience as Admin. Assistant
Assistant Secretary or Office Coordinator
Salary – Negotiable depending on qualification and Experience
