Job Profile

 Draft official letters, internal memos and take dictations from the
respective HOD.
 Prepare quotations, Agreements and standing orders.
 Coordinate with Senior Managers and utilize the requirement
with the approval of Managing Director.
 Check the situation of each branch with Branch coordinators
twice a month and submit the report to Secretary for further
advice.
 Schedule meetings with the Secretary and coordinate with the
relevant person/persons including logistical arrangements
minute proceedings of the meetings as required.
 Handle all documents, calls and administrative matters and
maintain accurate record of papers and electronic
correspondence

Candidate Profile

 Passed G.C.E. A/L
 Age below 35
 Professional Qualification in Administration / Secretarial
Practices from a recognized Institute
 Should be able to handle administrative and secretarial work
 Excellent skills in commutation and multitasking
 Should possess a pleasant personality
 Should have IT literacy and a good command of both written and
spoken English
 Minimum 1 or more years’ experience as Admin. Assistant
Assistant Secretary or Office Coordinator

Salary – Negotiable depending on qualification and Experience
