Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant to join our young team. The successful candidate will support management by performing various accounting, administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including inventory management, accounts payable and receivable.

· Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

· Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

· Maintain accurate and organized financial records and files.

· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.

· Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and colleagues regarding billing and payment issues.

· Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

· Support management with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

· Advanced Level with Accounting as a subject; Full or Part qualification of ICASL / CIMA / AAT is preferred.

· Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to handle confidential information.
