Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accountant at York Graduate Campus in Kelaniya. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, the Accountant will collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making processes.

Qualifications
• Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Budgeting skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Calling parents for term fee collection
• Updating the ERP System in the organisation
• Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field
• Manage day-to-day account activities and communications.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
