As the HR & Admin Executive, you will play a key role in managing our people processes and back-office operations. You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day functioning while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
• HR Management:
• Recruit, onboard, and train staff to ensure team excellence.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll systems.
• Promote team values and organize staff engagement activities.
• Administrative Oversight:
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and financial compliance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
• Oversee IT systems and operational tools to support the team.
• Culture Building:
• Foster a positive work environment through recognition programs and initiatives.
• Act as the go-to person for employee relations and support.
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in HR, Administration, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or other relevant tools is a plus.
