BatteryLab is Sri Lanka’s advanced hybrid battery technology leader, delivering innovative and reliable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Management: Maintain and update Inventory Management Systems daily for accurate real-time inventory, supplier details, and sales data.
Coordinate and track all incoming and outgoing inventory, including batteries, modules, and accessories. Ensure timely provision of modules for installations and oversee warehouse layout and security. Monitor inventory levels, support installations, and communicate needs for procurement.
Sales Support: Prepare accurate installation documentation (warranty, invoice, work order). Review warranty terms with customers, ensure timely payments and assist in marketing initiatives.
Office Administration: Manage customs documentation, licenses, and insurance coverage. Handle petty cash, and correspondence, and organize employee events.
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally. Build lasting relationships through exceptional service, reflecting our customer-focused culture.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Dynamic and proactive personality, driven to succeed.
• A passion for creating efficient systems and processes.
